My mom was sharing a story about my oldest niece who has started being very open about whether or not she will go into time out. After some sort of misbehavior and the resulting time out, my niece is in much better spirits.
My epiphany for today is put yourself in a time out every day, you may just like it. I tried this today as I had a few moments of feeling down for no reason at all. I put myself in a time out for ten minutes and allowed myself to just be with myself, quietly, looking out the window. The feeling of being down passed over me and I was able to 'get on with it' as my mom likes to say.
Time Outs are really cool, allow you to move through emotions quickly, bring peace of mind or a clearer direction, and increase productivity, after the time out of course

I vote for 3 adult time outs a day!
