Be wary of venting or putting personal comments on social networking sites – it can and will affect you.
Posting your anger, rants, or personal information online is permanent and can haunt you. If you must do it, then I suggest you post it in a private email to yourself first, sleep on it overnight, and if you still must do it, then check the removal protocols on the site you are posting it on so that you have a backout plan if needed. If you cannot have it removed should you change your mind after posting it, then DON'T POST IT.
When in doubt, pick up the phone or better yet talk in person. From: http://ping.fm/cDQtQ
